Nordic Infrastructure AG acquires Statkraft’s district heating business in Sweden and Norway

Nordic Infrastructure AG has, in partnership with PATRIZIA SE, entered into an agreement regarding the acquisition of the district heating business of the Statkraft Group in Sweden and Norway. The portfolio acquired by Nordic Infrastructure AG comprises 11 biomass-fueled sites across Sweden and Norway.

The transaction is conditional upon customary regulatory approvals.
