Lynea acquires two residential development projects

Lynea has entered into an agreement with OBOS to acquire two residential development projects in attractive locations north of Stockholm. Upon completion, the projects are expected to comprise approximately 140 newly built single-family homes.

The projects will consist of townhouses and semi-detached homes featuring modern floor plans and high-quality finishes. All homes will obtain Svanen certification and stringent sustainability requirements. The homes are located in established and growing residential areas with good transportation links and proximity to schools, nature, and recreational activities.

Construction is already underway on both projects, and the first homes are scheduled for completion in the summer of 2026. With this addition, Lynea has approximately 320 townhouses and semi-detached homes under construction in Greater Stockholm.

Supported by Brunswick Real Estate, Lynea’s ambition is to continue to build and acquire further projects strengthening its long-term role in the Swedish rental housing market.
