Genesta sells office property in central Stockholm

Roschier advised Genesta on the sale of the office property Art8n (Repslagaren 34), located at Linnégatan 18 in central Stockholm, to Folksam Group. The transaction was carried out on behalf of Genesta’s GNRE Fund III.

The 6,100 sqm property is situated in Östermalm, close to Stureplan and Humlegården, and has undergone extensive technical improvements and sustainability upgrades during Genesta’s ownership. In September 2024, the building achieved a BREEAM In-Use Excellent rating following initiatives including energy-efficient systems, enhanced tenant amenities, and the redevelopment of the inner courtyard.
