Natalie Pedersen is a Stockholm-based senior associate in Roschier’s Real Estate practice. She has extensive experience in real estate transactions serving both private and publicly listed clients. Recent work covers sales of and investments in ready-built assets as well as new constructions within the logistics, light industry and residential sector.
Work highlights
Natalie Pedersen’s experience includes advising:
- Genesta on the sale of the office property Art8n (Repslagaren 34), located at Linnégatan 18 in central Stockholm, to Folksam Group;
- Episurf in its acquisition of SEK 897 million property portfolio from KlaraBo;
- Citi in connection with the financing of Brookfield’s acquisition of a residential portfolio, branded Unity Living, comprising approximately 1,300 units in Sweden and Finland.
