Episurf acquires a property portfolio from KlaraBo

Roschier represents Episurf in its acquisition of properties with an agreed property value of MSEK 897 from KlaraBo.

The preliminary purchase price for the acquisition amounts to approximately MSEK 361 and will be paid through two promissory notes. One promissory note of MSEK 130 will be repaid through Episurf issuing shares of series B to KlaraBo, each share at a subscription price of SEK 0.045 per share. Closing is expected to take place during the first half of 2026.
