EcoDataCenter completes its issuance of SEK 1 billion senior unsecured green bonds

Roschier acted as legal counsel in connection with EcoDC Holding AB (publ)’s successful issuance of SEK 1,000,000,000 senior unsecured callable green bonds under a framework of SEK 2,000,000,000, and the related tender offer for part of its outstanding senior unsecured bonds. ABG Sundal Collier AB and Nordea Bank Abp acted as joint bookrunners and dealer managers in connection with the transaction. 

EcoDataCenter is owned by Swedish fund manager Areim AB and aims to be the leading provider of secure and environmentally responsible data center services in the region.
