Roschier advised DevCo in the formation of a new platform under DevCo ownership, combining Dieseko, Movax and Watson & Hillhouse to build a leading global piling and foundation equipment platform.

Together, the three businesses combine decades of engineering expertise, complementary technologies across the three businesses and trusted customer relationships to create an even stronger foundation for long-term growth and customer value.
