Recent work|August 13, 2025
Roschier advised Deka Immobilien in the divestment of the Kalasatama health and wellbeing center property to VVT Property Fund II Ky. With the sales price of around EUR 100 million, the transaction marks as the largest single-asset transaction in Finland thus far this year.
Lettable area of the landmark healthcare property is approximately 19,000 square meters, and it is located three kilometers from the city center of Helsinki, right next to the REDI shopping center. Main tenant of the building with a long-term lease agreement is the City of Helsinki.
The property was acquired by Deka in 2015 to the portfolio of the institutional fund WestInvest ImmoValue. Construction works of the building were completed in 2017 and the property stands out for its strong ESG credentials, modern design, prime location in the vibrant Kalasatama district, and essential role in providing public health services to thousands of people every day.
Roschier’s core advisory team comprised Antti-Jussi Partanen, Mikko Saarve, and Milja Ståhlhand.
