We are proud to announce the promotion of Carl Brodén to Partner, effective 1 June. With a decade of dedicated service at the firm, he has made a significant contribution to our clients’ success and growth.

As a key member of our Finance & Restructuring practice, Carl Brodén brings deep expertise in advising on restructuring & insolvency, complex financing arrangements and investment structures. His promotion reflects both his exceptional know-how and his commitment to excellence within the firm.

Carl’s legal career spans over two decades, with extensive experience in banking and finance, restructuring & insolvency. Before joining Roschier in 2015, he held the position of Head of Trustee Services at CorpNordic and spent over ten years as a financing lawyer at another major Swedish law firm.

Over the years, Carl has been consistently recognized by international legal directories such as Chambers Europe, IFLR1000, and The Legal 500 for his expertise and client service. He is also listed as a national leader in banking by Lexology’s Who’s Who Legal.
