Brocc Finance and Intrum to acquire SEK 4 billion non-performing loan portfolio from Entercard

Roschier advised Brocc Finance and Intrum on their acquisition of a portfolio of non-performing consumer finance loans from Entercard, a wholly owned subsidiary of Swedbank.

The portfolio comprises approximately 17,500 loans originated in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway, with a total gross outstanding balance of approximately SEK 4 billion. Brocc Finance will acquire approximately 90 percent of the portfolio, while Intrum will co-invest and act as the portfolio’s servicer following completion of the transaction.

The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
