Ambienta completes financing for its acquisition of water infrastructure group No Dig Alliance

Roschier has advised the lenders in connection with the financing for Ambienta’s acquisition of all shares in No Dig Alliance from Equip Capital and several minority sellers.

Ambienta is one of Europe’s leading asset managers focusing on investments in environmental sustainability. The transaction marks a strategic milestone for Ambienta as its first investment in the Nordics, representing a key step in the company’s pan-European expansion strategy. No Dig Alliance is a sustainability leader in trenchless technology water infrastructure services in the Nordics region. The group installs and renovates underground pipelines without digging, using methods that are resource-efficient and have a minimal impact on the environment.
