Addnode completes financing for its acquisition of SolidCAD

Roschier has advised the lenders in connection with the financing for Addnode Group’s asset purchase of the business and assets in SolidCAD, a market leader in digital solutions for Canada’s design, construction and manufacturing industries.

The acquisition of SolidCAD marks Addnode’s entry into the Canadian market and strengthens its North American presence and represents a key step in further consolidating the software and professional services that Addnode provides through its Design Management division. Addnode Group’s Series B share is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, in the Large Cap segment.
