Noora Kähkönen is a Helsinki-based Associate working with Roschier’s Real Estate and Energy & Infrastructure practices. In addition to her Finnish LL.M. degree she has also studied law at the University of Bern in Switzerland. Noora joined Roschier in 2024.
Work highlights
Noora Kähkönen’s experience includes advising:
- Kojamo plc and its wholly owned subsidiary Lumo Kodit Oy in the landmark acquisition of a large Finnish housing portfolio owned by Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company as well as financing of the transaction through issuance of special rights entitling to shares and acquisition financing facility of EUR 600 million;
- Citi in connection with the financing of Brookfield’s acquisition of a residential portfolio, branded Unity Living, comprising approximately 1,300 units in Sweden and Finland;
- Slättö in the acquisition of seven Finnish light industrial properties located in Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa;
- HGR Property Partners’s divestment of two major development projects in Helsinki and Espoo to Public Property Invest ASA;
- Blackstone and its portfolio company QTS in an ongoing large scale data center development project in Forssa, Finland; and
- Blackstone in the acquisition of an urban logistics portfolio comprising 22 assets and valued at EUR 135 million.
