Nika Larkimo Husa is a Helsinki-based Senior Associate specializing in commercial dispute resolution, including arbitration, litigation, and mediation.

Nika has represented clients across diverse jurisdictions and industry sectors, with an emphasis on international disputes involving complex technologies. She has acted as counsel in telecommunications, construction and infrastructure, oil and gas, post-M&A, and various other commercial disputes. Nika has extensive experience of arbitrations conducted under major institutional rules, including the ICC, LCIA, SCC and FAI, with cases seated in the Nordics and key international hubs such as London and Paris.

Nika is trained in both civil and common law legal systems and is admitted to practice as an attorney in Finland and as a solicitor in England and Wales. She joined Roschier in 2021, having previously worked at the Helsinki, London, and Paris offices of a global law firm.

Nika Larkimo Husa’s experience includes advising:

  • A multinational technology provider in three parallel SCC, DIA (Danish Arbitration Institute) and OCC (Oslo Chamber of Commerce) arbitrations over the delivery of a network platform, with claims valued in excess of EUR 100 million;
  • Finnish nuclear company Fennovoima in parallel ICC arbitrations against Rosatom group companies arising as a result of the termination of an EPC Contract for the turnkey delivery of the Hanhikivi-1 nuclear power plant, with claims valued at several billion euros;
  • A multinational IT and technology company in an FAI arbitration concerning a major sourcing dispute, with claims valued in excess of 100 million
