Miko Leach is a Helsinki-based Senior Associate, specialized in intellectual property dispute resolution. He has extensive experience in disputes in the pharmaceutical industry, including patent and SPC disputes before the Market Court and the Supreme Court, administrative proceedings before regulatory authorities, the Administrative Court of Helsinki and the Supreme Administrative Court as well as regulatory questions regarding the pharmaceutical system. Miko’s experience in patent disputes also covers standard-essential patents. In addition, Miko advises in other regulatory matters, such as marketing and consumer law. Miko joined Roschier upon his graduation in 2021 from the University of Helsinki (LL.M./OTM) and he also holds an undergraduate degree from King’s College London (LL.B.).
