Juhani Lautjärvi
Juhani Lautjärvi is a Helsinki-based Senior Associate in the firm’s Finance & Restructuring practice. Juhani has extensive experience in advising financial institutions, sponsors and borrowers in both domestic and cross-border financing transactions including acquisition financing, real estate financing and project financing as well as general corporate lending. In addition to his LL.M. degree from the University of Helsinki, Juhani holds an M.Sc. (Econ.) degree from Aalto University School of Business and an LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School.
Juhani Lautjärvi’s experience includes advising:
- Altaal and Carnegie in the establishment of a new investment company and its acquisition of Ramboll’s Finnish headquarters.
