Daniel Bjurbom is a Stockholm-based Senior Associate. He represents clients in litigation and domestic and international arbitration proceedings across a broad range of industries and legal areas. Daniel has experience in matters relating to supply agreements, energy, joint ventures, real estate, post-M&A and state responsibility, as well as regulatory disputes and enforcement and challenge proceedings.
Daniel also has extensive experience in Russia-related matters and has advised several multinational companies on complex settlement negotiations, disputes, and strategic exits from the Russian market spanning the automotive, energy, manufacturing and tech sectors. He regularly advises clients on sanctions compliance. He also holds a degree in Russian linguistics.

- a global automotive systems supplier in its divestment of its Russian operations;
- a major Nordic energy company in its divestment process of its Russian operations; and
- a Nordic industrial company in relation to its divestment of its Russian manufacturing site.
