Clara Persson
Senior Associate, Stockholm
Clara Persson is a Stockholm-based Senior Associate working with Roschier’s Real Estate & Environment practice. Her previous experience includes working as a Visiting Lawyer at a real estate investment company and as a Law Clerk at the District Court of Solna. Clara joined Roschier in 2018.
Clara Ericsson’s experience includes advising:
- Niam in the acquisition of two large retail real estate properties;
- Nordika in the sale of two properties in Gothenburg and the acquisition of shares in Logistea;
- Genesta in the acquisition of two logistics properties in Sweden from Infrahubs;
- Genesta in the acquisition of a logistics property from Logistic Contractor.
