Anna Wranne is the Chief Talent Officer at Roschier. She is based in Stockholm and responsible for the firm’s cross-border talent operations. Anna has some 15 years’ experience of talent development matters in the law firm industry.
As Chief Talent Officer Anna is responsible for driving and implementing Roschier’s firm-wide talent strategy and making sure that Roschier continues to stand out as the preferred employer on the Nordic legal market. To attract, develop and retain the best talent is her focus. The talent work at Roschier is split into four main areas, all under Anna’s umbrella; Career Development, Recruitment, HR & Compliance and Digital Talent & HR Development. The Talent Development team is located in both Finland and Sweden and works as a true cross-border team.
Anna joined Roschier in 2006. Her previous experience includes working for another major law firm in Stockholm as Head of Training & Knowledge Management. She holds a LL.M. degree from the Lund University and in addition to completing a clerkship with the Uppsala District Court, she has previously worked for the Swedish Bar Association as a lawyer.
