Anna Wranne is a Senior Executive at Roschier. She is based in Stockholm and responsible for the firm’s cross-border Senior Practitioner Development. Anna has some 15 years’ experience of talent development matters in the law firm industry.
As a Senior Executive Anna focuses on managing senior practitioner development matters in close cooperation with the Chair of the Partnership Committee. The committee has the objective to support and promote senior practitioner talent within the firm. In her role as the secretary of the firm’s Partnership Committee she plans, coordinates and develops the processes of taking up new partners and the partner performance review process, including a wide range of other senior practitioner related matters together with the Partnership Committee, the Firm Management and the Chief Talent Officer.
Anna joined Roschier in 2006. Before being appointed Senior Executive in 2020 she was the Chief Talent Officer between 2016 and 2020. Her previous experience includes working for another major law firm in Stockholm as Head of Training & Knowledge Management. She holds an LL.M. degree from the Lund University and in addition to completing a clerkship with the Uppsala District Court, she has previously worked for the Swedish Bar Association as a lawyer.
