Andreas Hallbeck is a Stockholm-based Senior Associate. He works with Roschier’s Dispute Resolution practice. Andreas is a member of the Swedish Bar Association. He is also qualified to practice law in the State of New York as a member of the New York State Bar.
In addition to his Swedish LL.M. degree, Andreas holds an LL.M. degree from the United States which he completed as a Fulbright scholar at the University of Texas. While Andreas studied at the University of Texas, he also worked there as a research fellow, researching topics relevant to the intersection of international law and politics.
Andreas’ experience includes acting as a counsel in international and domestic commercial arbitrations, investor-state arbitrations, as well as Swedish litigation. His experience from arbitrations includes proceedings under various arbitration rules, including for example the SCC Rules and the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, relating to e.g. banking, M&A transactions and construction.
His experience also includes working with multi-jurisdictional white-collar crime investigations and compliance matters.
