Vectura signs agreement to sell Aktiebolaget Näckström to FAM for SEK 1.4 billion

Roschier represented Vectura Fastigheter AB, a subsidiary of Patricia Industries, a part of Investor AB, in the SEK 1.4 billion sale of Aktiebolaget Näckström to FAM AB.

Aktiebolaget Näckström’s main assets consist of the property Arsenalsgatan 8 and Villa Täcka udden.

The total property value amounts to SEK 1.4 billion, and the transaction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Given the related party relationship that prevails between Investor AB and FAM, the valuation and other terms of the transaction have been evaluated by independent third parties.
