Vectura develops new facility for Saab in Jönköping

Vectura has entered into a lease agreement with Saab relating to the development of a new facility in Jönköping for long-term ownership. The facility will comprise approximately 80,000 sqm. Roschier advised Vectura on the transaction.

The project will be developed in close cooperation with Saab and Jönköping Municipality and marks Vectura’s first establishment in Jönköping. Fastighets AB Balder will acquire a minority interest in the project upon completion.

The facility is planned to be completed and ready for occupancy in 2029–2030.
