Tümad enters into strategic exploration partnership with Capella Minerals

Roschier advised Tümad Madencilik Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. (Tümad), a leading Turkish mining company, on its strategic earn-in agreement with Capella Minerals Ltd covering precious and base metal projects in Northern Finland and Norway.

Under the transaction structure, Tümad secured the exclusive option to earn a 30% interest in Capella Minerals’ holding in the respective project company during the first year, with the opportunity to increase its stake through staged exploration and development investments. The transaction reflects Tümad’s strategic expansion into the Nordic region’s high-potential mineral sector.

Roschier acted as legal advisor to Tümad covering the Finnish gold-copper projects.
