Tången Industrikapital listed on Nasdaq Stockholm

Tången Industrikapital AB (publ) has carried out an initial public offering and listing of its shares of series B on Nasdaq Stockholm. The price in the offering was SEK 67 per share, corresponding to a total value for all shares in the company of approximately SEK 3.8 billion.

Nordea is Sole Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner, and DNB Carnegie is Joint Bookrunner in connection with the IPO. Roschier is acting as legal advisor to Nordea and DNB Carnegie in connection with the IPO.
