Stendörren acquires light industrial asset

Roschier has advised Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) in its acquisition of a light industrial asset in Partille, Greater Gothenburg. The asset comprises three buildings as well as large land assets, all fully let.

Signing and closing occurred simultaneously on 29 April 2026.
