Roschier represents Telia in their SEK 3.1 billion public offer for Bredband2

Telia Company AB has announced a public cash offer to the shareholders of Bredband2 i Skandinavien AB. The offer values Bredband2 at approximately SEK 3.1 billion and the board of directors in Bredband2 unanimously recommends the shareholders to accept the offer. Telia has secured irrevocable undertakings from the five largest shareholders, holding in aggregate approximately 50.2 percent of the shares in Bredband2. Roschier represents Telia in connection with the transaction.
