Roschier represented Blackstone and Mileway in divestment of logistics portfolio

Roschier acted as legal advisor to Blackstone and Mileway in connection with the sale of a portfolio consisting of eight logistics properties located in the Gothenburg and Stockholm areas, to Hines.

The portfolio comprises approximately 70,500 square meters of lettable area, with properties strategically situated near key infrastructure, including the Port of Gothenburg, Landvetter and Arlanda.
