Nrep and Southbay establish a strategic joint venture

Roschier has advised Nrep on the establishment of a strategic joint venture with Southbay focused on logistics development in Sweden.

The partnership builds on the parties’ long-standing relationship and combines financial strength, proven execution capability, and extensive expertise in modern logistics across the Nordics. The initial target is to develop a portfolio of logistics properties in Sweden with a total property value of approximately SEK 3 billion. The focus will be on modern, flexible, and sustainable facilities designed to meet both current and future operational and logistics needs.
