Niam divests Bernstorp retail hub to SHF

Roschier acted as legal advisor to Niam in the sale of Bernstorp, one of the Öresund region’s largest and most attractive retail areas, located just outside Malmö.

Niam has sold the retail property cluster Bernstorp to Svenska Handelsfastigheter (SHF) in a transaction valued at SEK 928.5 million.

The portfolio includes four fully leased properties with a total lettable area exceeding 48,000 square meters, home to 22 tenants such as Bauhaus, Citygross, Jula, and Elgiganten.

Closing is scheduled for 26 May 2025.
