Niam completes acquisition of Project Flora in Järfälla from JM

Roschier advised Niam on the acquisition of a newly developed residential asset in the Söderdalen district, northwest of central Stockholm.

Project Flora comprises 155 modern rental apartments and the transaction supports Niam’s strategy to grow its residential platform across the Nordics through the acquisition and development of sustainable, well-located assets.
