Niam acquires residential development project in Skogås

Roschier advised Niam on its acquisition of a residential development project in Skogås, Huddinge, from Bonava. The acquisition is structured as a forward funding transaction.

The development comprises two eight-storey buildings with 109 rental apartments, approximately 5,400 square meters of residential lettable area and a parking garage. Construction is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2027, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028.
