Niam acquires grade A logistics property from Tosito

Roschier advised Niam Real Estate in its acquisition of a newly developed logistics facility from Tosito.

The property is located in Jönköping, with direct access to the E4 motorway, and comprises a 19,525 sqm. modern building with flexible specifications. The construction was completed in 2024, and the building holds a Miljöbyggnad Silver certification, demonstrating a strong environmental performance. The asset is let to FREJA, one of the leading logistics providers in the Nordics, on a long-term lease.
