Niam acquires 131 rental apartments in Upplands Väsby

Niam Real Estate, together with Nordfeldt, is breaking ground on 131 rental apartments in central Upplands Väsby, a project with a focus on classical urban architecture, inclusive living environments, and long-term sustainability. Roschier has advised Niam in the transaction.

The project comprises a total of 7,104 square meters of residential space, with apartments ranging from one to four rooms and kitchen, as well as a 72 square meter commercial space and a garage with parking spaces. The building will be certified according to Miljöbyggnad Silver and achieve energy class B.

Construction will begin in June 2026, with completion and occupancy expected in summer 2028.
