Nexus AG, a portfolio company of TA Associates, acquires Omilon

Roschier advised TA Associates and its portfolio company Nexus AG in the acquisition of Omilon, a Nordic provider of healthcare documentation software.

Omilon is a supplier of efficient documentation solutions within healthcare and care in the Nordic region, providing speech recognition, dictation and generative AI tools that can be integrated directly into existing electronic health record systems, professional systems and clinical workflows. Through the transaction, Nexus AG will gain access to integration technology that can accelerate the rollout of responsible AI at scale.

Completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approval.
