Mileway divests two properties in Sweden

Roschier advised Mileway in connection with the sale of the logistics property Tunnan 1 in Trollhättan and the industrial property Krysspricken 2 in Växjö, to Logistea.

The properties comprise a total lettable area of approximately 33,500 sqm and are fully let to GKN Aerospace and Gunnebo Industrier. Completion is expected to occur on 11 February 2026.
