Mileway and Blackstone divest seven light industrial properties in Järfälla

Roschier advised Mileway and Blackstone in connection with the sale of seven light industrial properties to Urban Partners.

The properties comprise a total lettable area of approximately 17,000 sqm and are located in Järfälla, just north of Stockholm. The premises host different tenants; primarily small to medium-sized warehouses, workshops, and office spaces.
