Lynea acquires properties and begins construction of 56 townhouses in Slättmalm

Roschier advised Lynea in its acquisition of a project in Slättmalm, Botkyrka municipality, on which 56 two-story townhouses will be constructed.

Slättmalm is a growing residential area with good communications to central Stockholm. The townhouses are being built to meet the ecolabel Svanen standards and are designed to meet high sustainability requirements, using high-quality materials and energy-efficient solutions.

The construction of the first townhouses is expected to be finalized in the fall of 2027.
