L&R Hotels partners with Midstar AB to launch investment platform

Roschier represents Midstar AB in connection with the establishment of an investment platform with commitments of €600 million.

The platform targets Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland, and launches with an initial equity commitment of €600 million, complemented by the flexibility to incorporate local debt financing and scale strategically as opportunities arise. This capital structure is intended to support the build-up of a portfolio exceeding €1 billion over time. Supported by a strong and active deal pipeline, the platform is well-positioned for growth, with initial acquisitions expected to be announced.
