KKR acquires Medicover India

Roschier advised KKR on Swedish law matters in connection with its acquisition of Medicover India, the India hospital operations of leading international healthcare and diagnostic services provider Medicover AB (publ). Medicover is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Medicover India is a multi-specialty hospital network with 24 hospitals and about 4,800 beds across South and West India, providing comprehensive care across more than 80 clinical specialties.

KKR is a global alternative asset manager active across private equity, credit and real assets.
