Intrum AB (publ) announces a fully guaranteed SEK 7.5 billion equity capital raise

On 7 May 2026, Intrum AB (publ) announced a fully guaranteed SEK 7.5 billion equity capital raise.

The capital raise will be effected through a directed issue of approximately SEK 1.5 billion together with a fully underwritten rights issue of approximately SEK 6 billion, conditional upon approval by an extraordinary general meeting.

Roschier has advised Deutsche Bank and DNB Carnegie as underwriters, Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners in connection with the equity capital raise.
