Hines and Vincero establishes joint venture on 3,200 homes

Roschier advised Hines, a global real estate investor and manager, on its acquisition of 50 percent of the shares in Vincero Fastigheter Holding AB.

The transaction establishes a long-term joint venture between Hines and Vincero Fastigheter for residential development in the Stockholm region. The portfolio has an estimated market value, on completion, of over SEK 10 billion, and comprises 3,200 building rights in Storängen and Segeltorp in central Huddinge, as well as in Örnsberg in the City of Stockholm.
