Hines acquires large forward funding project in Sollentuna

Roschier advised Hines, a global real estate investor and manager, on its acquisition from Resona of a residential development project to be constructed in Sollentuna.

The development project includes 308 apartments covering 17,073 square meters of residential gross lettable area. The start of the development of the project means that one of Sweden’s largest housing projects of 2025 is now underway.
