Hines acquires forward funding residential project in Veddesta

Roschier advised Hines, a global real estate investor and manager, on its acquisition of a residential development project to be constructed in Veddesta, Järfälla.

The development project includes 197 apartments covering approximately 9,200 square meters of residential gross lettable area and is located in Veddesta, an area set to benefit from the expanding Stockholm metro network, with a new station due to open there in late 2028.
