Roschier advised Heim Datacenter on its investment partnership with Omnes Capital to support the development of Heim’s European datacenter platform.

Heim Datacenter has entered into an investment partnership with Omnes Capital, with the investment led by Omnes Capital’s Digital Infrastructure team through its CEP2 fund. The partnership is designed to support the development of Heim’s European datacenter platform, combining Heim’s operational expertise with Omnes Capital’s experience in backing entrepreneurs in the energy transition and digital infrastructure sectors.

Heim was founded by Svein Atle Hagaseth and Tor Kristian Gyland. Together with Heim’s leadership team, the founders bring significant datacenter execution experience, having delivered more than 2.5 GW of capacity across Europe. Heim is developing a platform to design, build, own and operate large-scale datacenters for hyperscale cloud and AI customers, with an initial focus on the Nordics – beginning with Finland – and plans to expand throughout Europe.

Roschier advised Heim Datacenter with a team consisting of Fredrik Mandelholm, Lisa Hybbinette, Daniel Broström-Snäll Kalayjian, and Douglas Linton Wahlgren.
