The 2025 Female Founder Pitching Day brought together a group of founders, investors and ecosystem partners to showcase the strength and diversity of Finland’s early stage startup community.
Organized by The Shortcut, the event offered an inspiring platform for new ideas and meaningful connections across the ecosystem. We are happy to again support this event and the founders who are shaping the future of entrepreneurship in Finland.
Opening remarks highlighted Finland’s unique position as a safe, collaborative and forward looking environment for entrepreneurship. Speakers emphasized that ensuring equal access to networks, capital and expertise is essential for building stronger and more sustainable businesses.
Tero Jormanainen introduced Roschier as a returning sponsor and reiterated the firm’s commitment to supporting founders through the Emerging Companies practice and broader ecosystem initiatives.
Tero Jormainainen“Supporting female and diverse founders is essential if we want a stronger and more balanced business ecosystem. When multiple perspectives shape ideas and decisions, companies grow smarter and more sustainably. Equal access to networks, capital and expertise helps turn promising concepts into lasting success stories, and we at Roschier are proud to stand behind these founders as they take their next steps.”
