Establishment of single-family rental housing company Lynea

Roschier advises in the establishment of Lynea, a company dedicated to owning and managing newly built single-family rental homes in Greater Stockholm.

The two inaugural projects comprise 100 homes in Sigtuna and Upplands-Bro, with the first homes to be delivered from March 2026. The projects are being developed by Blooc, an established single-family home developer within the Derome Group. In addition to the inaugural 100 homes, Lynea and Blooc have agreed to jointly build further projects comprising a further 120 homes with gradual completions during 2026–2027. Supported by Brunswick Real Estate, with real estate funds managed by Blackstone acting as Brunswick Real Estate’s capital partner, Lynea’s ambition is to continue to build and acquire further projects strengthening its long-term role in the Swedish rental housing market.
