
Enersense sells Marine and Offshore Unit to Davie

Roschier advises Enersense International Plc in the sale of its Marine and Offshore Unit to Davie. Davie is part of the Inocea Group, a shipbuilding group with operations in Canada and Finland, including the Helsinki Shipyard.
Enersense’s Marine and Offshore Unit is a specialist provider of comprehensive services for arctic marine industry and offshore wind power projects and industrial offshore structures, supporting the strategic growth and development of both renewable energy and the broader marine industry. The Marine and Offshore Unit’s operations are located in a shipyard in Mäntyluoto, Pori. The transaction marks the completion of Enersense’s strategic review of the unit announced last year. The transaction is expected to close during the third quarter of 2025.
