CVC completes sale of its remaining shares in Synsam for approximately SEK 1.1 billion

Roschier represented CVC in the sell-down of its remaining shares in Synsam.

Theia Holdings S.à r.l., a company indirectly owned by CVC Capital Partners V, has sold its remaining shareholding in Synsam AB (publ) through an accelerated book-building process, marking CVC’s full exit from its ownership in the company. Approximately 24.4 million shares were sold at a price of SEK 46 per share, corresponding to an aggregate value of SEK 1.1 billion. Roschier represented CVC in the transaction.

Synsam, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, is a leading optician group in the Nordic region.
