CVC Capital Partners welcomes strategic minority partnership investment into the Etraveli Group

Roschier advised CVC Capital Partners on the strategic minority partnership investment from KKR into the Etraveli Group.

On 21 July 2025, it was announced that CVC Capital Partners and KKR have agreed on the acquisition by KKR of a significant minority stake in the global travel technology company Etraveli Group. Headquartered in Sweden, the Etraveli Group operates a sophisticated flight tech platform that delivers airline tickets to nearly 50 million travellers annually across 75 markets. CVC Capital Partners originally acquired the Etraveli Group from media group ProSiebenSat.1 in 2017.
