Candle Lake announces mandatory public offer for Evolution, valuing the company at SEK 131.7 billion

Candle Lake Limited has announced a mandatory public cash offer to the shareholders of Evolution AB (publ), a global market leader in B2B live casino solutions, valuing Evolution at SEK 131.7 billion. Roschier acts as legal advisor to Candle Lake in connection with the offer.

In the public offer, Candle Lake offered the shareholders of Evolution to tender all shares in Evolution at a price of SEK 695 in cash per share. The shares in Evolution are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Large Cap.
